THEA 435 Style Sheet for The Itinerary

When you add your own appointments:

  1. Separate engaements with a line (press enter key)
  2. Time goes in bold. If the time is already there for another engagement, put your info under that heading.
  3. Indent the info under the heading
  4. Try to include what it is, who you're meeting and the address
  5. Add the name of yourself and anyone who is going with you in brackets after the other information
  6. If you can, keep it to one line
  • Ex. Under Monday March 6:
3:45-7:00 pm
New School of Drama Class w/ Karen Ludwig, 151 Bank Street 212.229.5859 [Jenna, Jil, Jon, Tori]
